1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using Lookins, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lookins.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using email, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3.3 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app's profile settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Lookins for personal, non-commercial purposes to:

• Build and manage your digital wardrobe
• Receive AI-powered outfit suggestions and style advice
• Receive weather-aware "Today's Outfit" suggestions and notifications
• Plan outfits ahead of time using the planner
• Save and organize your favorite combinations

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Upload images containing nudity, violence, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Lookins offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Lookins Plus (Monthly): Auto-renewing monthly subscription with premium features and higher limits
• Lookins Plus (Annual): Auto-renewing annual subscription with premium features and higher limits

The exact title, length, and price of each subscription are displayed inside the App on the subscription purchase screen, in your local currency.

5.2 Payment Processing

• All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS).

5.4 Refunds

• Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store policies.
• We do not directly process refunds; please contact Apple for refund requests.
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5.5 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time.
• Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.
• Where required, we will notify you of material price changes in advance via the App or email.

5.6 Free Trial

• Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial of Lookins Plus when offered. Eligibility is determined by the Apple App Store and is generally limited to one trial per Apple ID.
• The free trial period begins immediately upon purchase confirmation in the Apple App Store.
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid auto-renewing subscription at the price displayed at purchase, and your Apple ID account will be charged.
• You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device and turn off auto-renewal for Lookins Plus before the trial ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited if you purchase a paid subscription before the trial ends.
• The current trial duration, recurring price, and billing period are always shown on the subscription screen inside the App before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

• All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and branding of Lookins are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App without written permission.

6.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all clothing images and content you upload ("User Content").
• By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for providing and improving our services.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload your User Content.
• We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.

7. AI-Powered Features

• AI-generated suggestions are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Recommendations may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific needs.
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• You should use your own judgment when following outfit suggestions.
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI recommendations.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, cloud storage, hosting, analytics, and crash reporting
• Google Gemini API (Google Cloud) for AI-powered outfit suggestions and analyses
• Apple WeatherKit for weather data used in daily outfit suggestions and notifications
• RevenueCat for subscription management and entitlement verification
• Apple App Store for in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In for authentication

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 "As Is" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on App recommendations.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lookins, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

11.1 App Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.
• We may add or remove features, change functionality, or update the App.
• We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

11.2 Terms Modifications

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
• Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app's profile settings or contacting us.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account and User Content.
• Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

13.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at lookins.app@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lookins regarding the App.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
